At Easy Vélo Carcassonne, you’ll find a wide range of modern, perfectly maintained bikes: electric bikes, hybrid bikes, mountain bikes and children’s bikes — even for the one who once said “I’ll never ride a bike again”. Every rental includes the essentials for a worry-free ride: lock, repair kit and helpful advice, with tailor-made options available if you like everything nicely organised.


Simplicity isn’t just a nice word here, it’s how we work. Booking is quick and easy, online or by direct contact, and we stay available and responsive (yes, even if you book a bit last-minute). We’re highly flexible with pick-up and return times and offer a bike delivery service directly to your accommodation, the train station or your chosen starting point. You arrive, the bike is waiting. We had a great experience with the Easy Velo team. We rented excellent mountain bikes to explore local trails and they had everything we needed. They are all skilled riders and have great knowledge of the region. An additional advantage from easy Velo is that they can deliver bikes to your location and pick them up which saves time during your trip. Fun team and expert attention to detail. Five stars

Just completed a fabulous week cycling along the Canal du Midi and into the beautiful hills around Bedarieux where there was a wonderful Voie Verte - an old railway track to Mazamet. We rented 2 great e-bikes from Easyvelo and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Mathieu and Thomas provided a first class service with great attention to detail which made us feel very special. Although we experienced an unexpected change of plan during the trip Mathieu was extremely understanding, always accessible and very flexible and certainly made us feel very reassured. The bikes were brilliant with loads of range in the batteries and very easy to handle ( which was important for 2 old guys like us!)..thanks for helping the trip go so well. We will definitely use Easyvelo again....next time we'll come in June.. August was pretty hot this time ....

Excellent service, good selection of brand new top quality bikes and great customer service. Our bikes were delivered to our apartment on time as arranged. Supplied new helmets and good locks and route guidance.Would definitely recommend and use again if we ever return to Carcassonne.Easy smooth transaction easy to book and deal with. We had a blast! The experience on the Canal du Midi with the electric bikes was incredible also thanks to Mathieu and Florian. When we arrived, the bikes were already ready and they gave us all the proper instructions and suggestions to enjoy our day. Professional, kind and nice, they brought our bikes to Trèbes by car in order to avoid biking under a burning sun. Highly recommended 😎

What wonderful service and fantastic bikes. We felt so looked after from the moment of our first enquiry to the day we handed the bikes back. We were given beautiful routes to try and cycling through the stunning landscapes of Aude was simply the best way to relax and enjoy the nature and beauty of the region. This bike hire company was the best I have ever used .
